Swim Chaos
Thanks to Jack for a crazy Christmas swim session last night - had us jumping through hoops - literally. Can barely raise my right arm this morning after being underwater in Big Gareths bear-like grip during the friendly no-rules water polo game. Also seem to still have water in my head after being cold-water hosed in the face whilst trying to swim! Great fun.

the game did bring back memories of fighting the commonwealth silver medalist during my time in judo with added interest of near drowning , blindness and chlorine sinus lavage !
we need a rematch or we could attempt bicyle polo at some point ?
also need to lose some weight to improve hoop jumping
My biggest issue, apart from you Gareth, was the no goggles rule which really played havoc with the old contact lenses.
there was nothing friendly about that game of water polo i can asure you!
