Open Water Swim - Loch Lomond

Great swim had by all last night at Loch Lomond.
The drive up was quicker than expected in 'rush hour' traffic. Once we found our spot the six of us rubbered up and entered the loch. Two other guys appeared and talked us through the route that people normally undertake. The guys swam with us and we did what we think was a 900 mtr loop.
The water was calm and clear - not a reed to seen, a couple of fish though (or were they feet?) ........
All in all a great swim and well worth the journey. We'll meet up there again next Friday 16th July at 6.30 (ish) for a swim at 6.45/6.50pm, this way we can get in before the other groups arrive. The advantage of swimming up there is you can really get into your stroke and get a good bit of distance under your wetsuit....
