Training this week....12th April

Monday - RUN, ATHelite EK, 6.15pm

Tuesday - SWIM, Tollcross, 7.00am
Tuesday - BIKE, 6.15pm. With the Bundy - not for the faint hearted!!

Wednesday - SWIM, Tollcross, 7.00am
Wednesday - BIKE - 6.15pm Meeting point at the top of Hurlawcrook Road just before the turn off for Langlands golf course. Hills efforts - all abilities. Bring your running shoes, we're doing a brick!

Thursday - RUN, ATHelite, EK, 6.15pm

Friday - SWIM, Tollcross 7.00am

Saturday - BIKE - 9.00am Long Steady. Meeting point at the top of Hurlawcrook Road just before the turn off for Langlands golf course.
Sunday - RUN Long steady. The usual Sunday run will start at 9am, meeting point at the top of Hurlawcrook Road just before the turn off for Langlands golf course.

Also, Is the Saturday morning bike ride a Long Steady or Hill Efforts?

your eyesight is worse than mine James! I think the clues in the blog "Saturday - Bike Long Steady"

Last saturday we did about 55miles. Stunning day. Colin, Alan, Graeme, Janice and myself all took to the route down past Dungarvel prison and out towards Happendon services and back along the B7048. well done to Graeme on route organisation. Janice did fantastic! :-)

I'm sure it did say long steady and hill efforts for Saturdays though?
Who is Bundy?
55 miles sounds like a nice round trip.
I'm up for anything 80-100km as long as the weather is nice.
