Weekend Training 30th/31st January

Saturday 30th – Bike - turbo session upstairs in the Studio at the Hamilton Shop at 9.30am. Session will last approx 1hr - 1hr 15. Bring a turbo/rollers, fluids & a couple of towels for mopping your sweaty brows (& the floor!!). Oh, and a bike.

Sunday 31st - Long steady run. Please note we are now meeting back at our old meeting point at the top of Hurlawcrook Road just before the turn off for Langlands golf course. Kick off, 9am.
