Ok....enough is enough, no more wine, cheese, chocolate.....it's training time!!!
Wednesday - SWIM back on at Hamilton College 5-7pm
Thursday - RUN, ATHelite EK, 6.15pm
Friday - SWIM, Hamilton Water Palace (Tollcross is shut) 7.30am
Saturday - BIKE, roller/turbo session in ATHelite, Hamilton 9.30am- 11am. Tea and biscuits afterwards.
Sunday - RUN, long and steady 9.00am, windfarm.

Ready for the swimming session tonight. Take it easy on me, I'll be floundering!
Anyone else feel like they were swimming through treacle with lead weights attached to your arms last night?
It was definately a shock to the system - the only way is up from here, that's for sure.
As if that wasn't enough we topped it off with a big pyramid session on the bikes too. Today = Knackered.
Am intending on doing a run after turbo session on saturday am. (If its ok outside)
I also thought about the link to the core work that G & C sent out. Is anyone interested in putting a core stability session together after the run (after the turbo) that can be easily worked though at home too? I've never really done any core work. It would mean a pretty lengthy sat session thou and asking for the studio for most of the morning!
