Core Strength Training

Looking for a good Core Strength Workout? I will answer for you - 'YES!' Here is the one we used last year whilst training for the Ironman. It is good as you get a little video to make sure you are doing it correctly. Remember - if you are training for a big event in 2010 you need to prepare your body to withstand the training load & avoid injury - this session once or twice a week will do that - just build up gently but start now.
