Bobridge Breaks Boardman's Record in CS Speedsuit

Wearing Champion System's custom fitted speedsuit, Australia's Jack Bobridge has just broken Chris Boardman's 4000m individual pursuit world record of 4:11.114 at Sydney's Velodrome during the national elite track championships.
Boardman's time was set in 1996 using the now-banned 'superman' position at the Manchester velodrome and Bobridge's time of 4.14.427 set at the 2010 Australian track titles was considered the closest any rider would come to breaking the Englishman's record.
But after 15 years of trying, a rider has finally broken the barrier previously thought untouchable.

The record was set by the Garmin-Cervelo pro wearing the cutting edge CS Speedsuit. Made from a special wind tunnel-tested dimple fabric developed by the Swiss company Eschler, the CS Speed Suit is a must for any serious time trial or track rider. To view an action shot of Bobridge, click here.
