I didn't make it to Hamilton, sorry but promise I did go swim at the Nuffield instead, 2 nights in a row in fact!!
I have a note from my Mum. I had to work (difficult to believe I know) on Wednesday night and in advance this Wednesday coming as well.
we need notes from mummy's before hand not after....
I swam honest!!! Finished a course early so went to Nuffield on way home! Actually did night before too, so that was extra!

we did the 3 R's at Tollcross this morning......
