The Harriers take a coach load down to this classic 10 miler in Cumbria every year. This year the race was shortened to a 9 miler due to a spot of light rain. Here is Dawn on her bike yesterday in a small puddle she came across.
Oh it was an adventure - but that wasnt even the deepest part! I joked about turning back when we started seeing fish... but then we decided to bail cos it was getting much deeper and before the helicopters had to save us - and besides I didnt fancy leaving my bike to float away to save Don. :-)

Poor Bike!! Bottom bracket, Hubs all now full of flood water. :(
I heard that many of the sewers had overflowed. I hope Dawn has had all her jags.
I did worry about the bottom bracket myself but didn't want to appear too geeky!
