Firstly, well done to Alan and Derek for completing the Strathclyde Park Triathlon on Sunday in those awful conditions! We await your race reports.
Monday - our club run
Swim is on Tuesday and Friday morning Hamilton Water Palace, 7.30am
Open Water Swim Wednesday night - we're running after the swim so bring your running shoes. Nothing too taxing just an out and back for 30 mins and negative split!
Thursday - our club run
Friday, Long efforts at Hamilton Water Palace in the morning. Open Water Swim at night 6.30pm. Usual time usual place.

Am doing the Durty tri on saturday so a last minute open water practice with the fish and weeds on wednesday would be good for the confidence.. so long as i dont get attacked by anymore fish hooks! The run will be good too as a little leg loosner. Count me in.

any swim longer than 25m is a long effort IMO ;-)
Mmmmm! I think the prospect of bashing out 400m efforts makes nme weak at the shoulders! :-)

30 mins w/up (approx 1500 incl drills)
10 x 50's
5 x 100's
500 c/down
(This is what we will do as we need to hit 3k but everyone doesn't need to!)
