Weekend Training

Just to confirm the weekends sessions.....

Saturday Bike Ride. Departs Car Park behind Ek Shop @ 9.00am. 2 groups are developing - one will do about 20 miles, the other maybe 40 - 50 at a nice steady pace.

Sunday Run departs Langlands @ 9.00am. Easy pace 1hr 30 - 2hrs max. Shorter cut offs available.

Please ensure you bring enough fluids for these sessions - it's going to be a hot one. Sunscreen recommended & ideally a cap for the run to keep the sun off your little heads.
