Today we have become one with the saddle.....LITERALLY
100 miles, 9000ft of climbing, 12 summits, sunshine, wind and company.....well at lunch time at least
Left at 9.45am and return just after 5.30pm.....
Getting better each day and looking forward to tomorrow - apparently it´s an easy day!!! Only 60 miles........

hey, nothing quite as dramatic as that at jog scotland on Monday but we did have a "real" professional traithlete leading us!!!
