Good session outdoors. One more before we start the St Christies 10 mile Time Trial.

Aaaaaarrrrrggghhhh was exactly how I felt on those downhills!!! Biceps still aching from gripping handles & breaks so hard!!! Thanks to Gen for looking after me so well....albeit she's a hard task master!!!

When do the TT start ( time ) presume its 14th april ?

i may have to have a go as i think i need to speed up
10 mile TT start TUESDAY 21ST APRIL and then every Tuesday thereafter till there is no more light!
It costs £1 on the night and everybody is welcomed. The field is very mixed and can range from 4 riders to 30 riders depending on the weather. The meet at rentokil, which is up Stroud road past the bowling and dimaggio's, first left past freescale and 1st right - dodgy little carpark ;-)
Meet 7pm for 7.30 start....you do need to be there at 7pm to get your starting position as this race is handicapped....I've shown up late before and had to start after the faster riders....they were almost blue by the time I finish!!
Those TT's sound good. Def up for that this summer. Need to get some clip on Tri bars now.
