Bike - ok, so it's going to be frosty and icy this Saturday...what we propose is a turbo session in ATHelite Hamilton Shop.
We already have a few up for this so leave a comment or email if you're coming.
You will need bike and turbo!!

Hope to join you some day on a Saturday but....
If anyone is interested in a Sunday morning cycle then I usually go out from West Craigs, Blantyre at about 9am. I'm training on a single speed at the moment so no huge miles. 40 max. Let me know.
Go on, its not that cold! Overshoes, hats and gloves on though ;o)
oooh! it's not the cold...it's the ICE i'm worried about. We've already wiped out!!
